Logan’s Run Online

This past weekend I had a fencing competition in Gainesville (that’s UF for all of you non-Florida folks) and, I must say, UCF’s team did rather well. I don’t exactly know the results for foil or epee, or any of the women’s events (really, I only know what I competed in: mens’ sabre), but we beat UF’s sabre team pretty badly (apparently they only sent their B team instead of their A team) and were pretty on-par with FSU. USF, though, was very surprising as they totally kicked our asses. Their sabre team is really good. Guess I gotta do some more conditioning!

So, yesterday I heard a knock at my door around 12:30 am; turns out it was one of my friends. However, he was just as surprised as I was when we opened the door, because we both found this:

Well, well. The girls from across the hall strike again! I need revenge ideas this time…anyone got some suggestions?

This week’s Note Board includes an eclectic mix of some videogame and anime characters, vulgar Southpark quotes, and a term of endearment. How exciting! Also, when I get around to it, I’m going to post pictures and videos of the last two Saturdays at Memory Mall of the tailgating sessions that go on here at UCF during gamedays–they’re huge!

Don LaFontaine died. Yes, the “in a world” move-trailer announcer guy. It’s quite unfortunate as he was undoubtedly the best in the business–sure, others like Hal Douglas are well-known, but no one will match the renown that LaFontaine held. The movie industry sure suffered a huge loss tonight.

So, I wake up this morning around 11 o’clock (went to bed around 1:30 in the morning). My roommate Tyler is leaving for work; I hear him say “what the ****” as he leaves the apartment. I walk out of my room, open the front door to our apartment, and see this:

My other roommate didn’t get in until 4:30 last night, so this had to have been done even past that. But don’t worry. I know who did it, and I know what I’m going to do for revenge, too. College is fun! >:-D
